    BirdLife International FDCT is a network of experts and conservationists working on the research and conservation of the Ferruginous Duck (Aythya nyroca) across its global range. The FDCT is officially coordinated by the Bulgarian Society for the Protection of Birds - the BirdLife Partner in Bulgaria. Through this website we aim at providing a forum for exchanging ideas, opportunities for sharing experience and develop cooperation on project development and implementation that will enhance the conservation of the species.
